/ Consultation

Town Assessment.

Three tiers of fieldwork. One framework. Pick a tier that matches the question your town is asking right now. No deck, no upsell, no pressure to move to a higher tier.

/ What a town gets from this

The report is the easy part. The town is the point.

SIX LEVERS
STUDIED TOWNS
NO PROMISES

An honest opening. CCD is a new practice. The towns we link to below are research subjects from our 43-town corpus, not finished CCD client engagements. We are showing each mechanism working in a real place readers can click through to verify, not selling a past client outcome. When cohort towns rescore and report back, named before-and-after numbers will replace the industry-range context here.

The full version of this section, with industry context for each lever, lives on the homepage.

How long until we see the report?

Tier 1 delivers within one week. Tier 2 delivery depends on travel windows and town size. Tier 3 produces quarterly memos plus an annual rescore.

Will our report be published on the site?

Only with your written consent. Default is private. Towns who opt in get peer-comparison value back from being part of the cohort.

What if our town is outside the United States?

The framework is portable. CCD has scored towns in Canada, the UK, Germany, and Monaco. International field engagements add a travel passthrough.

Can we upgrade from Tier 1 to Tier 2 later?

Yes. The desk audit credit applies in full toward a field audit if you decide to scale up within 90 days.

Who is the analyst?

M. Hancock leads all fieldwork through 2026. From 2027 forward, two additional CCD analysts will be on the bench, both trained on the VIS framework.
